I ordered savory cones and received sweet cones and then once I contacted the company, they told me they no longer carry the savory, but offered to do absolutely nothing to rectify the mistake

After ordering and receiving the case of Pidy mini waffle cones you contacted us, stating you ordered Pidy neutral cones, as you have many times before, but mistakenly received sweet ones. We responded that we sold Pidy neutral cones many years ago and that this order, for mini waffle cones, is the only order we have on record from you, suggesting you may have bought from another vendor. (We just recently added neutral cones from a different brand.) Now you are saying you ordered savory cones, which we do sell, but we still have no record of you purchasing anything other than this one order from creativegourmand.com. We are sorry to see you felt the need to leave a 1 star review.
