How secure is my personal information?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it as long as it has not shipped. If your order has shipped you can return your unopened items for a refund.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to the continental United States.

We ship USPS, UPS or FedEx


How long does it take to process my order?

Once payment has been made most orders will ship within 1 business day. Some orders may require an additional 1 to 2 days.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times will depend on location of delivery and carrier selected.

How do I track my order?

We will send you the tracking number after your purchase within 1-3 business days. Please visit this link below to track your order.

Are all my items shipped together?

All orders will ship complete. We will advise you in advance if there will be a delay due to shipping complete.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Food items are not eligible for return.


Please let us know within 5 days of receiving your order if you have any issues. We may ask for a picture for damage claims. We will do our best to make you happy! A happy customer is a Creative customer!
